I redesigned how Uber verifies tax identity at onboarding, replacing self-declared data with government registry as the source of truth. In the US, it protects 5M+ earners across 2M+ tax forms. Mexico and Australia run the same pattern now — cutting bad submissions and closing a fraud gap competitors still leave open.
