Overview
Due to my NDA, I can't share screens, data, or specifics from this project — so you'll have to trust that this reflects real, shipped work. I worked across three internal enterprise domains at Uber, leading design on tooling consistency, cross-platform integration, and two AI-driven initiatives built to keep those systems aligned as they scale. Below are some brief notes on my work.
Role
Sole product designer owning design across three internal domains and 25+ products — from structuring and running user research, to building the systems (UI kits, an AI-driven web kit, and published design principles) that let engineering and product teams move faster without me in the room. Partnered directly with lead product managers, directors of product, and senior domain leads throughout.

Refactored and redesigned the full set of tools across each domain to bring consistency and clarity for every user touching them.
Built cross-platform integrations that cut time-on-task and improved the quality of end results.
Built an inline navigational layer so users could switch between systems without losing context or breaking flow.
Research & Insights
Initiated an in-depth UX audit across all three domains to surface the core interface issues and product pain points, and set a clear path to rebuild toward industry and Uber usability standards.
AI intelligence
Partnered directly with a Group Product Manager to build a full-scale AI system that monitors Cash management and generates daily insights — now running as a standalone source-of-truth documentation platform.
Initiated an internal project to build an AI-driven component library and repository — a single source of truth for the patterns, principles, and best practices behind every 0→1 tool rebuild, built to raise usability and consistency standards.
Leading a solo fully AI driven and automated initiative on transforming manual design reviews into AI driven design QA testing between end UI deliverables and engineering implementation.
